Dans le Sud de la province de Luxembourg, on est tr\u00e8s actif dans l’encadrement et la formation des jeunes pilotes. On connaissait d\u00e9jà le Bernard MX Team et le Dynamit MX Team et voici depuis peu, le petit dernier, le Kwinter MX Team. Ce nouveau team, originaire de la r\u00e9gion des trois fronti\u00e8res, est compos\u00e9 d’une dizaine de jeunes pilotes dont les \u00e0\u00a2ges oscillent entre 7 et 14 ans. La plupart \u00e9voluent à l’AMPL sous licence MUL.<\/p>\n

\nKwinter?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’origine du Nom \u00ab Kwinter \u00bb vient d’un petit terrain \u00ab pirate \u00bb bien connu dans la r\u00e9gion d’Arlon, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00ab la kwint \u00bb o\u00f9 tout ce petit monde se r\u00e9unissait pour s’entra\u00eener. C’est donc tout naturellement qu’il leur est venu l’id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er le kwinter MX Team. Comme nous le confie Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, papa d’Alexis, rouler sur des terrains pirates est le seul moyen de pouvoir s’entra\u00eener dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

En effet, apr\u00e8s la fermeture du terrain de Stockem, il n’y a plus aucun terrain permanent adapt\u00e9 aux plus petits. Il faut alors se tourner vers la Flandre, l’Allemagne ou encore la France dans certains cas, à condition que ceux-ci acceptent les jeunes pilotes, ce qui est rarement le cas.<\/p>\n

Le plus \u00e0\u00a2g\u00e9 des pilotes, Steve Tielens, 14 ans, qui \u00e9volue cette ann\u00e9e en D\u00e9butants MX2 à l’AMPL et participe aussi au championnat de Wallonie, fait un peu office de grand fr\u00e8re et n’h\u00e9site pas à conseiller les moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\"Steve<\/p>\n

Exp\u00e9rience que n’h\u00e9site pas \u00e9galement à leur distiller Michael Besonh\u00e9, le parrain du team, à travers divers stages organis\u00e9s dans l’ann\u00e9e. Ce pilote, qui \u00e9volue en MXGP dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX3, a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par les enfants tout simplement parce qu’il \u00e9tait le pilote pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de ceux-ci.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame si l’amusement reste leur priorit\u00e9, Eric, le pr\u00e9sident, avoue qu’il a pour objectif de sortir un jeune du lot.<\/p>\n

Une Suzuki RM 50cc!<\/strong><\/p>\n

En marge de cette rencontre, nous avons fait la d\u00e9couverte d’une moto pour le moins \u00e9tonnante: une Suzuki RM 50cc.
\nJil est un pilote chanceux. Sa moto, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par RDH à Rendeux et dont les suspensions sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es d’apr\u00e8s sa taille et son poids, est à l’origine une Kawasaki kx 65cc dont les plastiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9s et le cadre repeint en bleu.<\/p>\n

\"Une<\/p>\n

Mais c’est au niveau du moteur que la pr\u00e9paration est la plus \u00e9tonnante. Le cylindre a \u00e9t\u00e9 rechemis\u00e9 en 50cc avec chemise en aluminium et traitement nikasil ainsi qu’un piston de 50cc. La carburation est d’origine 65cc. L’\u00e9chappement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’une ligne compl\u00e8te PPS. Quant à l’embrayage automatique de type vario, il laisse le choix du rapport au pilote. Le tout agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d’un kit d\u00e9co aux couleurs du pr\u00e9parateur et du kwinter MX Team. Cette moto est un v\u00e9ritable petit bijou!<\/p>\n
