Le Fran\u00e7ais Stephen Rubini a remport\u00e9 ce week-end \u00e0 Trentino le tout premier succ\u00e8s de sa jeune carri\u00e8re. Deuxi\u00e8me dans la boue le samedi au terme d’une belle remont\u00e9e, le pilote KTM Silver Action n’a pas rat\u00e9 son d\u00e9part dimanche en seconde manche. Dans des conditions nettement plus ensoleill\u00e9es, Rubini s’est rapidement plac\u00e9 en seconde position pour prendre le meilleur sur Gianluca Facchettti d\u00e8s la mi-course. Il ne sera plus rejoint et monte ainsi pour la toute premi\u00e8re fois sur la plus haute marche du podium. Il devance Gianluca Facchetti et Jago Geerts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Double vainqueur du premier round du championnat \u00e0 Kegums, notre compatriote avait domin\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re manche le samedi. Mal parti, il chutait ensuite pour \u00eatre point\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la 15\u00e8me place en d\u00e9but de course. Il finira finalement 6\u00e8me. De quoi lui permettre de sauver une place sur le podium italien mais surtout de conserver la plaque rouge de leader du championnat. Rubini fait quant \u00e0 lui la bonne op\u00e9ration puisque le Fran\u00e7ais revient en deuxi\u00e8me position \u00e0 21 points de Geerts.<\/p>\n

Le grand perdant du week-end en Italie s’appelle Zachary Pichon. Le pilote Yamaha avait assur\u00e9 une belle 6\u00e8me place dans la boue le samedi et esp\u00e9rait sans doute mieux le dimanche en partant en 4\u00e8me position mais il \u00e9tait ensuite victime d’une casse m\u00e9canique qui le contraignait \u00e0 l’abandon. Il recule \u00e0 la 5\u00e8me place du classement provisoire.<\/p>\n

Prochaine \u00e9preuve EMX 125 : les 28 et 29 mai en Espagne.<\/p>\n
