Stephen Rubini est assur\u00e9ment l’homme en forme du moment en championnat d’Europe 125cc ! Vainqueur en Italie, il avait remport\u00e9 les deux manches en Espagne le week-end pass\u00e9 avant d’\u00eatre d\u00e9poss\u00e9d\u00e9 de son succ\u00e8s pour avoir saut\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 les drapeaux jaunes. Autant dire que le pilote KTM Silver Action arrivait en France ce week-end pour le 4\u00e8me round du championnat gonfl\u00e9 \u00e0 bloc !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Et il n’a pas manqu\u00e9 son rendez-vous avec le plublic fran\u00e7ais puisqu’il a domin\u00e9 les deux manches du week-end \u00e0 Saint-Jean d’Ang\u00e9ly. Il s’est impos\u00e9 le samedi devant Jago Geerts puis ce dimanche devant Zachary Pichon. Tant Geerts que Pichon ont tous les deux \u00e9t\u00e9 handicap\u00e9s dans une des manches par un mauvais d\u00e9part. Le samedi, le Fran\u00e7ais est parti dans le peloton pour remonter en 8\u00e8me place tandis que ce dimanche c’\u00e9tait au tour de Geerts de manquer son envol\u00e9e. Notre compatriote reviendra \u00e0 une belle 7\u00e8me place, de quoi s’assurer de monter sur la 3\u00e8me marche du podium derri\u00e8re les Fran\u00e7ais Rubini et Goupillon, toujours d’une r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 exemplaire, et surtout limiter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts au championnat.<\/p>\n

Avec ce doubl\u00e9, Rubini, qui avait clairement annonc\u00e9 cet hiver qu’il ferait du titre europ\u00e9en son objectif principal, reprend 14 points au classement provisoire \u00e0 Geerts qui ne compte d\u00e9sormais plus que 13 points d’avance avant d’entrer dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 du championnat, les 18 et 19 juin prochain \u00e0 Matterley Basin.<\/p>\n
