Christophe Pourcel a fait forte impression ce week-end dans le sable de Spring Creek. L’officiel Rockstar Energy Husqvarna a termin\u00e9 les manches en 5\u00e8me puis en 4\u00e8me position et termine ainsi au pied du podium occup\u00e9 par Roczen, Musquin et Tomac. Une performance qui permet au Fran\u00e7ais de rentrer d\u00e9sormais dans le top-5 du classement provisoire du championnat, juste derri\u00e8re Justin Barcia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Troisi\u00e8me temps des essais qualificatifs ce samedi \u00e0 Spring Creek, 8\u00e8me \u00e9preuve du championnat outdoor US, Christophe Pourcel arrivait confiant derri\u00e8re la grille de d\u00e9part. Deux bonnes sorties de grille lui ont permis de partir \u00e0 chaque fois dans le bon wagon et le Fran\u00e7ais s’est battu pour se maintenir dans un top-5 o\u00f9 les places sont particuli\u00e8rement ch\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Mon objectif est d’\u00eatre toujours consistant\u00a0\u00bb, explique l’officiel Husqvarna. \u00ab\u00a0J’essaie d’\u00eatre fort dans chacune de mes manches mais ce n’est pas facile car il y a tant de bons pilotes qu’il n’est vraiment pas \u00e9vident de rentrer dans le top-5 ! Je me focalise donc sur ma propre course, sur mon pilotage et j’essaie de soigner mes d\u00e9parts. Ensuite, je fais tout ce que je peux pour rester dans le top-5. Je crois que nous avons bien progress\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res semaines, les choses vont plut\u00f4t bien pour le moment. C’est juste une question de trouver les bonnes trajectoires. Ce n’est pas facile de se battre avec ces gars-l\u00e0 car ils sont extr\u00eamement rapides.
