Cette blessure aurait, selon les premiers avis m\u00e9dicaux, d\u00fb rapidement se limiter \u00e0 un mauvais souvenir mais, apr\u00e8s une grosse chute et une blessure au genou \u00e0 Saint-L\u00e9ger-de-Baslon, 4\u00e8me \u00e9tape du championnat, \u00e0 la mi-d\u00e9cembre, les choses se sont compliqu\u00e9es pour le Belge.<\/p>\n<p>La douleur au bras est en effet r\u00e9apparue et un second avis m\u00e9dical faisait cette fois \u00e9tat de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une op\u00e9ration afin de permettre \u00e0 notre compatriote de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son potentiel \u00e0 100%. Bref, des conditions loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre id\u00e9ales pour Van De Sande afin d&rsquo;aborder sereinement sa pr\u00e9paration pour l&rsquo;Enduropale du Touquet.<\/p>\n<p>Avec la d\u00e9cision de notre compatriote de renoncer \u00e0 prendre le d\u00e9part de la finale du championnat de France des Sables au Touquet ce dimanche 5 f\u00e9vrier, l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve de sable la plus populaire du calendrier perd l&rsquo;un de ses favoris.
