Le pilote Yamaha roulait \u00e0 vitesse moyenne (environ 100km\/h) dans un Chott &#8211; une \u00e9tendue d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e permanente. Ces terrains tr\u00e8s blancs, sont connus pour tendre des pi\u00e8ges aux pilotes qui s\u2019y aventurent : Adrien n\u2019a pas pu \u00e9viter une crevasse, ce qui l\u2019a expuls\u00e9 de sa Yamaha ; fort heureusement, il n\u2019a cependant pas perdu connaissance et il est rentr\u00e9 par ses propres moyens au bivouac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de longues heures de trajet de retour vers la France, Adrien a \u00e9t\u00e9 admis au Centre Hospitalier de Saint-Omer. Bilan : fracture nette de l\u2019omoplate gauche : immobilisation pendant un mois avant reprise d\u2019une activit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8re et deux mois avant de remonter sur une moto.<\/p>\n<p>Cette blessure ne compromet pas l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du programme sportif de l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019Adrien : il devra cependant manquer le Rallye Merzouga d\u00e9but mai. Adrien Van Beveren se m\u00e9nagera donc en cons\u00e9quence pour assurer le reste de la saison et se pr\u00e9parer pour les prochaines \u00e9preuves Rallye, dont le Dakar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les blessures &amp; chutes font malheureusement partie int\u00e9grante de la vie d\u2019un sportif. C\u2019est la partie moins agr\u00e9able de cette activit\u00e9, m\u00eame si je mets toutes les chances de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour que cela arrive le moins souvent possible.
