C\u00e9dric Cremer a sign\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re victoire de la saison ce samedi \u00e0 Lierneux. Sous une pluie battante, le champion de Belgique en titre a retrouv\u00e9 le chemin du succ\u00e8s et s’impose devant C\u00e9dric Melotte et Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Goblet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quatri\u00e8me seulement \u00e0 Deurne puis \u00e0 Binche ces deux derni\u00e8res semaines, C\u00e9dric Cremer avait bien l’intention de mettre fin \u00e0 l’\u00e9chapp\u00e9e de C\u00e9dric Melotte, en t\u00eate du championnat depuis l’ouverture de la saison en avril dernier. L’\u00e9preuve de Lierneux, avec deux tr\u00e8s belles sp\u00e9ciales et une liaison de pr\u00e8s de 50 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 travers les belles for\u00eats ardennaise marquait aussi le retour \u00e0 un format d’\u00e9preuve plus classique. Bien que les conditions soient rest\u00e9es acceptables tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, l’\u00e9preuve a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement compliqu\u00e9e par la pluie et les abandons ont d’ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreux dans beaucoup de cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Au vu des conditions, je savais que j\u2019irais vite dans la boue\u00a0\u00bb, explique Cremer.\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0De plus, la sp\u00e9ciale de la carri\u00e8re est une sp\u00e9ciale qui me convient parfaitement, j\u2019y ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque fois le scratch. Cette fois, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9 par les chutes hormis une petite glissade de la roue avant dans la cinqui\u00e8me sp\u00e9ciale.\u00a0\u00bb Avant cela, le pilote KTM avait en effet r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les 4 premiers scratches de la journ\u00e9e et s’\u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 une avance d\u00e9j\u00e0 confortable avant que cette chute ne remette les compteurs \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. Tout \u00e9tait \u00e0 refaire mais Cremer, bien conseill\u00e9 par son suiveur Micha\u00ebl Despontin, est reparti au combat pour enfin arracher cette premi\u00e8re victoire de la saison. \u00ab\u00a0Recevoir des conseils de trajectoires, des lunettes et des gants secs \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de chaque sp\u00e9ciale ou pouvoir changer plusieurs fois d\u2019\u00e9quipements, c\u2019est ce qui fait aussi la diff\u00e9rence quand il pleut toute la journ\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, remarque-t-il.<\/p>\n

Avec cette victoire de Cremer, C\u00e9dric Melotte compte toujours 9 points d’avance au classement provisoire du championnat.<\/p>\n

Retour \u00e0 un format \u00ab\u00a0enduro-sprint\u00a0\u00bb ce dimanche avec le premier passage du championnat de Belgique d’enduro par la tr\u00e8s belle r\u00e9gion de Chimay !<\/p>\n
