Bien connue dans le monde de l&rsquo;enduro pour ses machines \u00ab\u00a0loisirs\u00a0\u00bb qui n&rsquo;en oublient pas pour autant de se montrer performantes; la marque portugaise s&rsquo;attaque, sous l&rsquo;impulsion de son importateur pour la Belgique et le Luxembourg, aux circuits de cross. Et le projet est d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus qu&rsquo;abouti puisque une PR5 250 MX et une 150 MX roulent d\u00e9j\u00e0. Nous les testons pour vous&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous ne connaissez pas encore la marque AJP, sachez qu&rsquo;elle est pourtant bien connue de nombreux enduristes. La marque fond\u00e9e par Antonio Pinto existe en effet depuis 1987 avec comme philosophie de proposer des machines abordables dans tous les sens du terme : de motos faciles, accessibles \u00e0 tous les pilotes, quel que soit leur niveau de pilotage ou d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, mais aussi des motos qui, malgr\u00e9 un degr\u00e9 de finition qui n&rsquo;a rien \u00e0 envier \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres marques, restent accessibles financi\u00e8rement avec des tarfis bien en-de\u00e7\u00e0 de ceux pratiqu\u00e9s par la concurrence. Ce qui n&#8217;emp\u00eache que les performances puissent \u00eatre au rendez-vous. Les cinq titres cons\u00e9cutifs conquis par la marque entre 1996 et 2000 sur le championnat portugais d&rsquo;enduro devraient suffire \u00e0 nous en convaincre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div                   <\/a>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une 150 r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux kids, une 250 pour les plus grands : voil\u00e0 ce que propose aujourd&rsquo;hui AJP dans sa toute nouvelle gamme \u00ab\u00a0MX\u00a0\u00bb. Deux belles machines, aux finitions et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement soign\u00e9s, que nous avons r\u00e9unies sur un m\u00eame circuit le m\u00eame jour. Nos pilotes pour nous en dire plus sur le potentiel des belles portugaises : Nyls Kessen, engag\u00e9 sur le championnat d&rsquo;Europe 150 ces deux derni\u00e8res saisons, et Yente Dourte, notre essayeur \u00ab\u00a0maison\u00a0\u00bb, toujours actif chez les Inters MX2 de la MCLB. Quelques r\u00e9glages d&rsquo;usage pour les guidons et les diff\u00e9rentes commandes et nos deux pilotes peuvent s&rsquo;\u00e9lancer&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload size-medium wp-image-76796 aligncenter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27650%27%20height%3D%27433%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20650%20433%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27650%27%20height%3D%27433%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"http:\/\/nl.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/MG_9544-650x433.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;a pens\u00e9 Nyls de la 150 ?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s le premier coup d&rsquo;oeil, la moto para\u00eet tr\u00e8s belle, on dirait un peu un mix entre une Husqvarna et une KTM. A son guidon, la premi\u00e8re chose qui frappe, c&rsquo;est son incroyable facilit\u00e9 dans les virages. Elle est vraiment tr\u00e8s maniable ! La transmission m\u00e9riterait d&rsquo;\u00eatre revue car la premi\u00e8re est tr\u00e8s courte alors que la seconde vitesse est par contre un peu longue. La puissance dont le moteur d\u00e9livre sa puissance est assez particuli\u00e8re. Il est tr\u00e8s performant \u00e0 bas et \u00e0 mi-r\u00e9gimes mais s&rsquo;essoufle par contre relativement vite en haut, un peu comme une machine d&rsquo;enduro. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessairement un d\u00e9faut, certains le verront m\u00eame comme une qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si je devais conseiller cette AJP 150 \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un, ce serait \u00e0 un jeune pilote qui souhaiterait d\u00e9buter le motocross. La moto n&rsquo;est pas agressive mais elle est au contraire tr\u00e8s confortable \u00e0 piloter, ce qui la rend particuli\u00e8rement agr\u00e9able. La moto a un comportement dynamique excellent mais elle manque de puissance que pour pouvoir \u00eatre compar\u00e9e \u00e0 des machines comme les Yamaha, KTM ou Honda. Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes \u00e0 son guidon, je me suis vite senti \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise sur l&rsquo;AJP, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 mes rep\u00e8res, m\u00eame si je suis rest\u00e9 quelque peu d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9 par la courbe de puissance du bloc 250cc, tr\u00e8s typ\u00e9e enduro et qui me contraignait \u00e0 ne pas trop monter dans les tours. Une modification du mapping s&rsquo;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre un grand pas en avant. Je me suis senti imm\u00e9diatement bien plus sur une v\u00e9ritable machine de cross et j&rsquo;ai pu laisser s&rsquo;exprimer la PR5 dans les hauts r\u00e9gimes.<\/p>\n<p>Si, pour le top niveau, l&rsquo;AJP ne sera vraisemblablement pas l&rsquo;arme absolue, je ne peux n\u00e9anmoins que la conseiller aux pilotes de niveau plus modeste, qu&rsquo;ils soient d\u00e9butants, pilotes \u00ab\u00a0loisirs\u00a0\u00bb ou v\u00e9t\u00e9rans. Tout simplement parce que l&rsquo;on voit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des pilotes qui d\u00e9butent d\u00e9penser \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;argent pour\u00a0 s&rsquo;offrir des machines qu&rsquo;ils ne peuvent exploiter qu&rsquo;\u00e0 50% de leurs performances. Je trouve par contre primordial pour d\u00e9buter de pouvoir apprendre les bases du pilotage sur une machine facile, maniable, afin de prendre confiance en soi. Il est imp\u00e9ratif de ma\u00eetriser la technique avant de s&rsquo;entra\u00eener en vue de prendre de la vitesse.
