Il est tr\u00e8s important de choisir le sport ad\u00e9quat en tant que moyen d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avant ou pendant une saison de motocross. Ce choix d\u00e9pendra sans doute des l\u00e9sions encourues par le pass\u00e9, du temps disponible et de la technique que chacun de ces sports exige.<\/p>\n<p>Si on souffre de certaines blessures, la pratique d&rsquo;une de ces disciplines peut ne pas \u00eatre possible. A titre d&rsquo;exemple, une blessure au genou rendra la course \u00e0\u00a0 pied non souhaitable parce que trop p\u00e9nible. Dans ce cas de figure, il faudra choisir la discipline la plus appropri\u00e9e afin de garder ou de retrouver la condition sans provoquer d&rsquo;effets n\u00e9fastes. Si courir n&rsquo;est pas possible, la natation ou certains mouvements apparent\u00e9s au sport cycliste sont peut \u00eatre recommandables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utiliser efficacement son temps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une seconde raison d&rsquo;opter pour une discipline d\u00e9termin\u00e9e est de consid\u00e9rer le temps dont on dispose pour exercer cette discipline. Tout le monde n&rsquo;a pas le temps de passer des journ\u00e9es enti\u00e8res \u00e0\u00a0 s&rsquo;entra\u00eener. Il est donc indispensable de voir ce qu&rsquo;on peut faire pendant le temps dont on dispose. Dans le cas o\u00f9 vous vous entra\u00eenez avec une intensit\u00e9 \u00e9gale, il est clair que le fait de courir ou de nager provoquera une augmentation plus rapide des pulsations cardiaques que le fait de rouler \u00e0\u00a0 v\u00e9lo. Vous aurez d\u00e8s lors besoin de plus de temps pour atteindre le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technique contre rendement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la technique que n\u00e9cessite la pratique d&rsquo;un sport d\u00e9termin\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s importante. Tout le monde peut courir et poss\u00e8de la technique de base pour le faire. Cela vaut pour le v\u00e9lo. En ce qui concerne la natation, ce n&rsquo;est plus le cas. En effet, il ya plusieurs mani\u00e8res de pratiquer la natation. Un style vous convient peut \u00eatre mieux qu&rsquo;un autre et n\u00e9cessite plus ou moins d&rsquo;efforts que d&rsquo;autres. Cependant, tous les styles de natation requi\u00e8rent plus qu&rsquo;une simple technique de base afin de tirer un profit maximum de la pratique de la natation en tant que moyen d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Si vous faites n&rsquo;importe quoi, ce ne sera pas un v\u00e9ritable entra\u00eenement (avec contr\u00f4le des pulsations, par exemple). Pour ce sport, il est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant d&rsquo;apprendre par exemple deux styles de nage diff\u00e9rents au minimum, trois si possible. Ceci afin de ne pas s&rsquo;ennuyer, parce que les entra\u00eenements deviendraient de moins en moins profitables parce qu&rsquo;on ne les ferait plus \u00e0\u00a0 fond. C&rsquo;est \u00e0\u00a0 vous de d\u00e9cider quelle est pour vous la mani\u00e8re la plus efficace d&rsquo;entretenir votre condition et votre puissance.
