Pour le Belge, 32 ans, rien que le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre au d\u00e9part de ce premier GP de la saison \u00e9tait une victoire en soi. A la mi-janvier, Strijbos s&rsquo;\u00e9tait en effet fractur\u00e9 la clavicule. Apr\u00e8s une op\u00e9ration et un temps de revalidation particuli\u00e8rement court, il semblait avoir retrouv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rapidement la forme. Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode difficile, l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve de Lacapelle-Marival avait confirm\u00e9 son retour au premier plan. Un optimisme qui laisse malheureusement place \u00e0 un difficile retour \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour le pilote KTM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Treizi\u00e8me dans la manche qualificative le samedi, Strijbos a d\u00fb se contenter d&rsquo;une 17\u00e8me puis d&rsquo;une 21\u00e8me places dans les manches le dimanche. Ce qui lui vaut de revenir d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du sud avec 4 petits points en poche seulement. Largement en dessous des attentes. \u00ab\u00a0Les choses ne se sont pas pass\u00e9es comme nous l&rsquo;aurions voulu\u00a0\u00bb, confie The Kid. \u00ab\u00a0Il est vrai qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s ma blessure nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre \u00e0 des miracles, mais quand m\u00eame&#8230; Nous devons cependant aller de l&rsquo;avant en ne gardant en t\u00eate que les points positifs de ce mauvais week-end. Merci au team pour tous les efforts consentis\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une pr\u00e9paration hivernale contrari\u00e9 par une blessure \u00e0 quelques semaines \u00e0 peine des premi\u00e8res \u00e9preuves de pr\u00e9saison n&rsquo;a donc pas permis \u00e0 Strijbos de se sentir \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise sur la piste de Neuquen. Sans doute les choses seront-elles diff\u00e9rentes dans 10 jours dans le sable de Valkenswaard, o\u00f9 se disputera le deuxi\u00e8me round de la saison MXGP.
