<\/a>Malgr\u00e9 les nombreuses averses des journ\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, le circuit de Saint-Hubert \u00e9tait en excellent \u00e9tat et pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve du championnat 2008, 420 pilotes (dont 33 non – licenci\u00e9s) ont particip\u00e9 à cette \u00e9preuve. Alors que ce dimanche, les ambulances n’ont pas quitt\u00e9 le circuit, ce qui s’explique sans doute par un circuit naturel sans tremplin et bien large, c’est Laurent Lacasse qui s’est montr\u00e9 le plus fort chez les Inters en imposant sa Suzuki dans les 3 manches.<\/p>\n

Ecolage<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chez les 50 cc, T. Gabriel et R. Fraikin, restent les rois de la cat\u00e9gorie mais encore une fois ce dernier r\u00e9alise le doubl\u00e9 et est donc bien parti pour le second championnat.<\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie des 65, C. Talbot ne quitte jamais la direction du groupe et il r\u00e9siste tr\u00e8s bien au retour de la charmante Amandine Verstappen revenue de la 7e place et qui \u00e9choue à 3 secondes. Dans la seconde confrontation, B. Doneux termine avec une confortable avance sur J. Metz qui n’a pas quitt\u00e9 le premier accessit.<\/p>\n

32 pilotes au d\u00e9part chez les 85 B et 32 à la ligne d’arriv\u00e9e et dans les deux manches M. Fourny ne va pas quitter la premi\u00e8re place s’imposant chaque fois devant le champion de printemps D. Deville mal embarqu\u00e9 en 1\u00e8re manche<\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie des 85 A, doubl\u00e9 de D Damiaens qui a ravi la premi\u00e8re place à S. Dosquet au 3e tour de la premi\u00e8re manche mais dans la seconde il devra attendre les derni\u00e8res boucles pour s’imposer devant devant V Watlet parti sur les chapeaux de roue.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9butants<\/strong><\/p>\n

70 d\u00e9butants sont inscrits dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX2 et les s\u00e9ries qualificatives sont remport\u00e9es dans le premier groupe par M. J. Neve qui ravit la 1\u00e9re place à T. Marx au dernier tour et dans le second par M. Delvosalle qui profite de la chute de J. Wilmart dans les derni\u00e8res boucles. Cavalier seul de D. Counet lors de la finale et il s’impose avec 11 sec d’avance sur K. Lebutte en seconde position depuis le 2e tour.<\/p>\n

Chez les quarts de litres, 44 pilotes à la barre et Q. Corretel se faufile adroitement au start mais il chute au second tour laissant la direction à D Roose qui conna\u00eet la m\u00eame m\u00e9saventure au 3e tour et H. Debatty en profite pour remporter cette manche qui n’a connu qu’un seul abandon. D. Roose prend sa revanche dans la seconde confrontation et termine avec une confortable avance sur O. Brison.<\/p>\n

Juniors<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour sa 2eme participation aux \u00e9preuves de l’AMPL, K. Banckaert r\u00e9alise un beau doubl\u00e9 avec pratiquement le m\u00eame sc\u00e9nario : en 1ere manche il d\u00e9passe S. Collin, un licenci\u00e9 d’un jour et ancien pilote de l’AMPL à mi-parcours et dans la seconde il prend le meilleur sur K De Baeker au 5e tour.<\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX1, X. Godfroid confirme sa sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 dans les deux manches. Dans le premier d\u00e9bat il ne c\u00e8de le commandement que durant tours à M Marchal qui doit aussi s’incliner devant L. Tassin à 2 tours de la fin. Dans la seconde confrontation, seul F. Bolting peut l’inqui\u00e9ter durant la 7e boucle.<\/p>\n

Seniors<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chez les 125, J Tholet est le plus adroit à la chute de la barre emmenant dans son sillage B. Boulard qui appara\u00eet d\u00e9jà au premier rang d\u00e8s le second tour et il ne sera plus inqui\u00e9t\u00e9. Belle entr\u00e9e en piste pour J. Gee, nouveau promu dans cette cat\u00e9gorie qui s’attribue le second fauteuil malgr\u00e9 le forcing final de K. Hoffmann. J. Gee part sur les chapeaux de roue dans la seconde manche devant le fran\u00e7ais M. Bormas alors que B. Boulard a rat\u00e9 son envol\u00e9e et occupe la 8e place. Au 4e tour, Bormas appara\u00eet au commandement et malgr\u00e9 tous ses efforts, B. Boulard, le champion du printemps, devra se contenter du second fauteuil à 12 sec. du laeder.<\/p>\n

Dans le groupe MX1, P-Y. Lomba s’envole d\u00e8s la chute de la barre et il ne quitte jamais la direction du peloton r\u00e9sistant tr\u00e8s bien au retour de Ch. Van Langeveld, le champion du printemps, revenu de la 9e place. Pas de chance pour L Paulet victime d’une chute au dernier tour alors qu’il pouvait pr\u00e9tendre à la seconde place. L Cl\u00e9ment enl\u00e8ve m\u00e9ritoirement le bouquet dans la seconde confrontation terminant avec 4 sec. d’avance sur R. Vaes rapidement revenu en 2e position malgr\u00e9 un d\u00e9part h\u00e9sitant.<\/p>\n

Lacasse intouchable chez les Inters<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans le groupe des inters MX2, A Verkenne, selon son habitude, r\u00e9alise le holeschot devant L.Lacasse et E. Hubin alors que Hella et A. Goffard s’accrochent peu apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. A la fin du 3e tour, Lacasse met la pression et d\u00e9borde Verkenne qui baisse les bras au profit de F. Van Dijk puis de Hubin, deux pilotes qui ont chut\u00e9 à leur tour. Chez les B, le bouquet pour V. Grandjean avec une 10e place au classement scratch alors qu’il occupe la 17e place à la fin du premier tour.<\/p>\n

Hella est le plus rapide dans la cat\u00e9gorie des quarts de litres emmenant dans son sillage Lacasse et S. Piret qui va chuter au 4e tour et sera contraint à l’abandon. La lutte est serr\u00e9e en premi\u00e8re loge et encore une fois c’est l’accrochage entre les deux leaders. Lacasse \u00e9vite la chute et file vers un second succ\u00e8s alors que Hella doit laisser filer Hubin et se contente du 3e podium devant F. Van Dijk, auteur d’une superbe remont\u00e9e puisqu’il occupe la 18e place lors du premier pointage. Dans le groupe B, le bouquet pour B. Monfort avec une 12e place mais à un tour des pilotes de la cat\u00e9gorie A.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

La course r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux pilotes Open de la cat\u00e9gorie B sera assez anim\u00e9e avec un beau duel entre J. Paquet et G. Wirtz, duel tournant à l’avantage de ce dernier qui franchit la ligne d’arriv\u00e9e avec 8 sec d’avance sur son adversaire et 15 sec. sur B. Monfort revenu de la 10e place alors que J Fraselle et sa 125 termine 4e.<\/p>\n

La derni\u00e8re course r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux pilotes Open A, verra une nouvelle victoire pour L Lacasse pourtant 7e au premier passage. F Van Dijk r\u00e9ussit tr\u00e8s bien son d\u00e9part devant Em. Hubert, C Cremer et J. Divoy mais au fil des tours, les leaders vont dispara\u00eetre avec la chute de Van Dijk au 2e tour puis de Hubert au 3e tour laissant le champ libre à Lacasse qui retourne ainsi avec les 3 troph\u00e9es. Tr\u00e8s belle fin de course pour S. Piret (8e au premier tour) et E. Hubin (11e au premier pointage) qui terminent roue dans roue à 3 sec seulement de Lacasse.<\/p>\n
