C’est la tradition : le jeudi de l’Ascension, le championnat AMPL est \u00e0 Cherain, pr\u00e8s de Gouvy. Un lieu hautement symbolique pour le motocross en province de Luxembourg puisque c’est l\u00e0 que tout a commenc\u00e9 pour le motocross amateur dans la province, il y a plus de 50 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La journ\u00e9e s’est malheureusement termin\u00e9e pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment. Deux premi\u00e8res chutes en d\u00e9but de seconde manche des Inters MX1 impliquant Guillaume Toulemonde et Maxence Fourny imposait la sortie du drapeau rouge. Un deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9part \u00e9tait donn\u00e9 un peu plus tard. Mais, \u00e0 nouveau, la direction de course devait ressortir tr\u00e8s rapidement le drapeau rouge. Cette fois, c’est Eric Foguenne qui chutait lourdement. S\u00e9rieusement bless\u00e9 \u00e0 la main, le leader du classement provisoire \u00e9tait longuement pris en charge par les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales sur place avant d’\u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9 vers l’h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n

Des incidents en cascade qui feront en sorte que l’on doive mettre un terme pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e. Les Inters MX1 ne repartiront pas et la deuxi\u00e8me manche des pilotes licenci\u00e9s \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e sera annul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e, Eric Foguenne avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 chut\u00e9 dans la premi\u00e8re manche. Le leader du championnat \u00e9tait alors reparti dernier pour revenir \u00e0 une belle 5\u00e8me place. Devant, c’est J\u00e9r\u00f4me Martiny qui s’imposait devant Johnny Magen et Valentin Lacasse. Vu l’annulation de la seconde manche, les 3 pilotes montent donc dans cet ordre sur le podium du jour.<\/p>\n

Encore Arnaud Renard chez les Inters MX2<\/h5>\n

Arnaud Renard est l’homme en forme du moment chez les Inters MX2. Le pilote Husqvarna signe sa deuxi\u00e8me victoire cons\u00e9cutive \u00e0 Cherain. Deuxi\u00e8me, Benjamin Doneux limite les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mais perd 5 points de plus sur Renard au classement provisoire o\u00f9 ce dernier ne compte d\u00e9sormais plus que 4 petits points de retard. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Martiny (5+1) monte sur la 3\u00e8me marche du podium.<\/p>\n

La suite du championnat d\u00e8s ce week-end \u00e0 D\u00fcrler avec la 4\u00e8me double organisation (samedi et dimanche) de la saison.<\/p>\n
