Le championnat EnduroGP \u00e9tait en Estonie le week-end pass\u00e9. Pour les Juniors, il s’agissait du 3\u00e8me round de la saison mondiale d’enduro. Une \u00e9preuve \u00e9prouvante, pour les hommes comme pour les machines. Antoine Magain en revient \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9\u00e7u par les r\u00e9sultats obtenus et optimiste pour la suite apr\u00e8s un week-end plein d’enseignements pour le pilote KTM.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le week-end a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez compliqu\u00e9 pour moi\u00a0\u00bb, entame-t-il. \u00ab\u00a0Vendredi soir, le prologue \u00e9tait peu int\u00e9ressant, trac\u00e9 sur du b\u00e9ton, relativement lent avec beaucoup d\u2019obstacles. Je roule propre et serein mais dans la partie des \u00ab\u00a0b\u00fbches\u00a0\u00bb je tombe. D\u00e9concentr\u00e9, je cale mon moteur un peu plus loin et je termine le prologue du vendredi soir sans bonus, \u00e0 la 11\u00e8me place et avec un go\u00fbt amer. Je pense \u00eatre capable de jouer le top-6 dans cet exercice mais \u00e0 chaque fois, je fais l\u2019erreur \u00e0 ne pas commettre…\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0En voulant rattraper le temps perdu, j’ai chut\u00e9 \u00e0 3 reprises\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Le samedi, la journ\u00e9e commen\u00e7ait sur le terrain de cross de Taillinn, rallong\u00e9 pour l\u2019occasion pour devenir une sp\u00e9ciale de 6 minutes, Antoine y r\u00e9alisa le 6\u00e8me chrono d\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeun. De quoi le mettre en confiance et le placer dans le bon wagon. Il bouclait le premier tour \u00e0 la 7\u00e8me place scratch au contact des hommes de t\u00eate et commen\u00e7ait le tour suivant avec des 6\u00e8me et 5\u00e8me temps (cross test, extr\u00eame test).<\/p>\n

Malheureusement, d\u00e9s la 6\u00e8me sp\u00e9ciale du jour, la journ\u00e9e se compliquait. \u00ab\u00a0Je me suis loup\u00e9 dans l\u2019enduro test en chutant dans une mont\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il. \u00ab\u00a0Oblig\u00e9 de redescendre et de m\u2019y reprendre \u00e0 2 fois, j’ai perdu le fil de sa journ\u00e9e. En voulant rattraper le temps perdu, j’ai chut\u00e9 \u00e0 3 reprises, percutant m\u00eame un arbre.\u00a0\u00bb Il terminait son calvaire \u00e0 la 11\u00e8me place, d\u00e9\u00e7u, sans vraiment comprendre pourquoi ce samedi avait \u00e9t\u00e9 si n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n

Dimanche, le calvaire continuait. Class\u00e9 22\u00e9me apr\u00e8s les 3 premi\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales, Antoine ne parvenait pas \u00e0 trouver un bon feeling avec sa moto. Pire, en manque de confiance avec sa machine, il r\u00e9alisait des temps hors du top 10\u00a0! Seul coup d\u2019\u00e9clat, son 2 \u00e8me temps scratch dans l\u2019enduro test de la seconde boucle. Avec l\u2019aide de Loic Garin de chez FRD Racing development, il trouva la solution mais, h\u00e9las, trop tard dans la journ\u00e9e. Il termine 11\u00e8me du scratch et 6\u00e8me en cat\u00e9gorie Juniors 1.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous revenons d’Estonie avec des solutions, un paquet d\u2019exp\u00e9riences suppl\u00e9mentaires. Nous progressons !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

J’ai aussi pu noter que j’avais vraiment une bonne vitesse dans le sable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
