Vainqueur l’an pass\u00e9 du GP de Lommel face \u00e0 un Antonio Cairoli qui cherchait avant tout \u00e0 g\u00e9rer au mieux son avantage au classement provisoire du championnat du monde MXGP, Jeffrey Herlings a remis le couvert cette ann\u00e9e. Aujourd’hui \u00e0 son tour en t\u00eate de la cat\u00e9gorie, le Hollandais a domin\u00e9 le GP de Belgique de la t\u00eate et des \u00e9paules pour s’imposer \u00e0 deux reprises devant son co\u00e9quipier italien.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En t\u00eate du classement provisoire, grand sp\u00e9cialiste du sable s’il en est, Jeffrey Herlings partait \u00e9videmment \u00e0 Lommel dans le r\u00f4le de favori. Mais tout peut toujours arriver dans le sable limbourgeois o\u00f9 rien n’est jamais gagn\u00e9 d’avance. D’autant que la piste belge pla\u00eet beaucoup \u00e0 un certain Antonio Cairoli.<\/p>\n

Romain F\u00e8bvre<\/p><\/div>\n

L’Italien sera d’ailleurs le seul \u00e0 pouvoir tenir la comparaison ce dimanche avec Herlings. Mais le Hollandais est d\u00e9finitivement sur une autre plan\u00e8te. Il a men\u00e9 les deux manches \u00e0 Lommel de bout en bout, \u00e0 chaque fois devant un Cairoli r\u00e9sign\u00e9 \u00e0 se contenter de la seconde place, pour signer un nouveau double succ\u00e8s \u00e9clatant. Deux victoires de manche qui lui permettent de porter avant d’arriver en Suisse dans deux semaines son avantage \u00e0 36 points sur l’Italien.<\/p>\n

Derri\u00e8re les deux hommes forts de la cat\u00e9gorie, Max Anstie (4+4), Romain F\u00e8bvre (3+5) et Glenn Coldenhoff (6+3) sont ceux qui ont le mieux tir\u00e9 leur \u00e9pingle du jeu dans le sable limbourgeois. Il faut descendre jusqu’aux 8 et 9\u00e8mes places de Jeremy Van Horebeek et Cl\u00e9ment Desalle pour trouver les premiers Belges, juste derri\u00e8re Tim Gajser. Cl\u00e9ment Desalle reste n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 la 3\u00e8me place du classement provisoire devant le pilote Honda HRC.<\/p>\n
