C\u00e9l\u00e8bre et effrayant, ainsi pourrait-on qualifier le r\u00e9put\u00e9 circuit de Lommel. Outre le sable lourd et profond, les pilotes ont d\u00fb composer avec une temp\u00e9rature caniculaire. Sans surprise, Kjell Verbruggen s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le meilleur pilote du F4E Racing \u00e0 Lommel avec une belle 8\u00e8me place au classement final. Le pilote invit\u00e9 Lucas Adam a \u00e9galement su se mettre en valeur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il r\u00e9gnait une ambiance de vacances pour les invit\u00e9s de F4E Racing gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un coin restauration tr\u00e8s confortable. Cependant, pour les pilotes et le personnel technique, il y avait du pain sur la planche. En effet, pas moins de cent pilotes s\u2019\u00e9taient inscrits pour la 6\u00e8me manche du Championnat d’Europe 125cc. Apr\u00e8s sa fracture de la clavicule, cette \u00e9preuve est arriv\u00e9e trop t\u00f4t pour Wannes van de Voorde. Cependant, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Jimmy Verburgh a pu remplacer Wannes avec un pilote de talent, Lucas Adam.<\/p>\n

Tant Kjell Verbruggen que Mario Lucas et Lucas Adam se sont tous qualifi\u00e9s directement lors des essais chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9s. Verbruggen a r\u00e9ussi le meilleur temps des trois pilotes, mais ce 10\u00e8me temps dans son groupe n\u2019a pas suffi pour qu\u2019il obtienne une belle place sur la grille de d\u00e9part. Le samedi particuli\u00e8rement, les pilotes de l’EMX125 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve lors de la premi\u00e8re manche. Vu que cette manche d\u2019ouverture avait lieu en fin de journ\u00e9e, les concurrents ont d\u00fb rouler sur un circuit qui comportait un sable tr\u00e8s lourd. En outre, il faisait extr\u00eamement chaud. C\u2019est Kjell Verbrugggen qui s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 le meilleur de nos trois pilotes en obtenant une 13\u00e8me place. Devant son public, Lucas Adam, mal parti, a effectu\u00e9 une remont\u00e9e formidable. Le Belge, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 16 ans, est parvenu \u00e0 terminer \u00e0 la 16\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 Kjell, il a encore fait mieux dimanche. La jeune pilote de Boxtel a en effet sign\u00e9 une tr\u00e8s belle manche en terminant huiti\u00e8me. Ce beau r\u00e9sultat contraste avec ceux de ses co\u00e9quipiers. En effet, Lucas a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait rapide mais il manque encore de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. Le double champion d\u2019Espagne 125cc n\u2019a en effet pu faire mieux que 22\u00e8me dans la premi\u00e8re manche et 26\u00e8me dans la seconde manche. Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9part compl\u00e8tement rat\u00e9 dans cette manche, Lucas a d\u00fb se battre pour revenir \u00e0 la 24\u00e8me place avant de tomber dans le dernier tour.<\/p>\n

Les 18 et 19 ao\u00fbt, le F4E Racing Team sera \u00e0 Frauenfeld, en Suisse, la 7\u00e8me manche du championnat d\u2019Europe 125.<\/p>\n

Kjell Verbruggen:<\/strong> \u00ab Je suis tr\u00e8s satisfait. Mon pilotage \u00e9tait bon mais malgr\u00e9 un d\u00e9part raisonnablement bon, j’ai d\u00fb ma battre dans la premi\u00e8re manche et sur la fin, tous mes efforts ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 peser. Dimanche, par contre, le circuit \u00e9tait moins difficile car le sable avait \u00e9t\u00e9 aplani. Dans cette manche, je suis remont\u00e9 de la 15\u00e8me \u00e0 la 8\u00e8me place, ce qui \u00e9tait vraiment g\u00e9nial. Le top 10 a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 mon objectif mais on veut toujours mieux. En tout cas, je suis content d\u2019avoir atteint mon objectif.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Lucas Adam:<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame si j\u2019ai appris peu de temps avant que je roulerais \u00e0 Lommel pour F4E Racing , cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able! De plus, je me suis rapidement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Dans l\u2019ensemble, je consid\u00e8re que le week-end s\u2019est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9. Je me sentais \u00e0 l\u2019aise sur la moto. Malgr\u00e9 un mauvais d\u00e9part dans la premi\u00e8re manche, j\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 une belle remont\u00e9e. Bien s\u00fbr, je suis un peu d\u00e9\u00e7u de la deuxi\u00e8me manche mais ce genre de chose peut toujours arriver. J’attends vraiment avec impatience la Suisse dans deux semaines. Avec de bons d\u00e9parts, je peux envisager le top 10. \u00ab<\/p>\n

Mario Lucas:<\/strong> \u00ab Je suis parti deux fois dans le top dix, ce qui \u00e9tait vraiment bien. Lors des manches, trop de choses ne se sont pas bien pass\u00e9es que pour obtenir un bon r\u00e9sultat. Dans la premi\u00e8re manche, je suis tomb\u00e9 deux fois.
