Les pilotes promus sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s sur base de leur classement final au championnat 2018. Cette ann\u00e9e encore, les 3 premiers class\u00e9s doivent s&rsquo;inscrire l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante dans une classe sup\u00e9rieure.
