Ken Roczen a enfin retrouv\u00e9 la plus haute marche du podium. Ce week-end \u00e0 Hangtown, le pilote Honda HRC a remport\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve du championnat de motocross AMA. Une victoire qu’il attendait depuis la saison 2017 et sa terrible blessure au bras en d\u00e9but de saison SX. Une belle r\u00e9compense pour l’Allemand dont la d\u00e9termination \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 son meilleur niveau a toujours impressionn\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les deux manches se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans des conditions tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes \u00e0 Hangtown. La pluie s’est install\u00e9e d\u00e8s la fin de la premi\u00e8re manche MX450, transformant compl\u00e8tement la piste US pour la suite de la journ\u00e9e. C’est donc dans la boue que la seconde manche s’est disput\u00e9e. Ken Roczen a cependant r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sent dans les deux manches, remportant la premi\u00e8re avant d’assurer une deuxi\u00e8me place derri\u00e8re Tomac dans la deuxi\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 les conditions tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019une manche \u00e0 l\u2019autre, Roczen confie ne pas modifier son approche. \u00ab\u00a0On ne change pas beaucoup la moto d\u2019une course \u00e0 l\u2019autre, m\u00eame lorsque les conditions sont aussi oppos\u00e9es qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, car on ne sait vraiment pas comment la moto va r\u00e9agir\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il. .\u00abOn peut peut-\u00eatre changer un click ou deux mais c’est tout. Je connais la machine sur laquelle je roule et tout peut aller dans les deux sens. Il s\u2019agit simplement de rester coh\u00e9rent et de minimiser le risque d’erreurs.<\/span> On peut en effet gagner ou perdre beaucoup de temps tr\u00e8s facilement !\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Une strat\u00e9gie qui s’est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e payante pour l’Allemand qui confirmait en fin de journ\u00e9e son \u00e9tat de forme. \u00ab\u00a0Je suis tr\u00e8s content. Toute la journ\u00e9e, nous \u00e9tions pr\u00e9sents. Honn\u00eatement, je ne pensais pas que cela irait si bien. Il est toujours difficile de savoir o\u00f9 en est sur le premier round d’un championnat. Ce que nous avons fait aujourd’hui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s important pour moi, pour l’\u00e9quipe et pour la suite de la saison. Je n\u2019ai pas pris le meilleur d\u00e9part lors de la premi\u00e8re manche mais j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 capable de r\u00e9agir rapidement pour me retrouver devant. Nous esp\u00e9rions tous pouvoir disputer au moins une course sans pluie, c’\u00e9tait donc super. La deuxi\u00e8me manche a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus difficile et ce type de conditions peut tr\u00e8s vite se retourner contre vous. Eli Tomac et moi nous nous sommes bien battus en d\u00e9but de course. Nous avons en quelque sorte fait du yo-yo. Cependant, j’ai l\u00e2ch\u00e9 prise vers la fin, je n\u2019ai pas voulu pousser et risquer une erreur qui m’aurait fait tout perdre. C\u2019est une excellente mani\u00e8re d’entamer la saison ! Je suis impatient de poursuivre sur cette lanc\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
