Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e0 trois reprises, Antoine Magain n\u2019avait quant \u00e0 lui jamais remport\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9preuve. L\u2019ogre de l\u2019enduro belge s\u2019\u00e9tait jur\u00e9 d\u2019inscrire la 40<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9dition de l\u2019\u00e9preuve \u00e0 son palmar\u00e8s. \u00a0Juch\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de ses co\u00e9quipiers Dewulf et Grobben sur la plus haute marche du podium dimanche midi, Minimax savoure la victoire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au traditionnel coup de fusil, c\u2019est la KTM d\u2019Antoine Magain qui s\u2019envole en t\u00eate de la meute. Un leadership de courte dur\u00e9e puisque Magain perd l\u2019avant d\u00e8s le second virage et laisse la Husqvarna pilot\u00e9e par J\u00e9r\u00f4me Martiny mener les premiers instants de course. Mais Magain est surmotiv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de faire de cette quaranti\u00e8me Chinelle sa premi\u00e8re victoire \u00e0 Franchimont. C\u2019est lui qui repasse en t\u00eate du premier tour sur l\u2019esplanade des stands. Le pilote Yamaha aligne les tr\u00e8s bons chronos et revient petit \u00e0 petit sur Magain. A la fin du 7<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> tour de course, Cremer est sur le point de passer en t\u00eate. La Yam m\u00e8ne la danse lorsque Magain rentre aux stands pour changer de s\u00e9lecteur et c\u00e9der le relai \u00e0 Dewulf.<\/p>\n<p>En piste, Dewulf fait parler la poudre et revient sur la Yamaha, entretemps pass\u00e9e aux mains de J\u00e9r\u00e9my Herinne.\u00a0 On s\u2019attend \u00e0 voir la course tourner au duel KTM\/Yamaha. Mais c\u2019\u00e9tait sans compter sur les Husqvarna officielles. Lorsqu\u2019on entre dans la 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> heure de course, les deux machines de la marque sont en t\u00eate et animeront la premi\u00e8re partie de la nuit tandis que seule la KTM officielle parvient \u00e0 tenir la comparaison.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs cette KTM qui finit par prendre les commandes de la course et s\u2019y installe durablement. Alors que la fin de nuit est tr\u00e8s calme et que les \u00e9carts semblent stabilis\u00e9s, la tension monte d\u2019un cran \u00e0 l\u2019entame des trois derni\u00e8res heures de course. En milieu de nuit, la Husqvarna de Martiny\/Willems\/Vanoevelen a quant \u00e0 elle perdu le contact et roule d\u00e9sormais pour la 3\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin Fors sort le grand jeu\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kevin Fors est au guidon de la Husqvarna 22 et le quadruple vainqueur de l\u2019\u00e9preuve entend bien recoller \u00e0 la KTM. Le crossman sort le grand jeu, grapille 15 \u00e0 20 secondes par tour sur Dewulf et finit par revenir \u00e0 quelques dizaines de seconde de la machine de t\u00eate. Avec le jeu des passages aux stands, c\u2019est m\u00eame roue dans roue que Grobben et Brackman entrent dans la derni\u00e8re heure de course. Malgr\u00e9 la douleur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paule caus\u00e9e par une chute lors des essais le samedi, Grobben s\u2019accroche et r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la pression de la Husqvarna. Mais celle-ci doit encore passer par les stands afin de respecter le nombre minimum de passages par la pitlane. Brackman passe mais ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas. L\u2019\u00e9cart se porte alors \u00e0 28 secondes, en faveur de la KTM. Chapeau bas !<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a, ni pour l\u2019un ni pour l\u2019autre, plus d\u2019arr\u00eat pr\u00e9vu et c\u2019est donc dans une course-poursuite effr\u00e9n\u00e9e que se lance Cambr\u00e9. La 40<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> Chinelle se jouera au sprint, sur la piste. Dans les derniers instants de course, Magain g\u00e8re parfaitement son avantage sur le crossman Cambr\u00e9. Le Nismois file tout droit vers son premier succ\u00e8s sur les 12 Heures de la Chinelle. Enfin\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re victoire de Bernard Magain, six fois victorieux \u00e0 Franchimont et notamment vainqueur de la 20<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9dition, remonte \u00e0 2005. Quatorze ans plus tard, c\u2019est au tour de son fils Antoine de s\u2019imposer sur la plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre des \u00e9preuves d\u2019endurance tout-terrain. Et d\u2019inscrire avec ses co\u00e9quipiers Dewulf et Grobben \u00e0 son nom la 40<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> Chinelle.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Husqvarna Belgique place une fois de plus ses deux machines sur le podium. Derri\u00e8re celle de Brackman\/Fors\/Cambr\u00e9, c&rsquo;est en effet celle pilot\u00e9e par le trio Martiny\/Willems\/Vanoevelen qui monte sur la 3\u00e8me marche.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span
