Face au public limbourgeois, le Hollandais s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive sur la populaire \u00e9preuve de Balen. Il s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 \u00e0 deux reprises dans les manches 500cc face \u00e0 Shaun Simpson, lui aussi ancien vainqueur \u00e0 Balen, avant de cl\u00f4turer la journ\u00e9e en beaut\u00e9 en remportant la Superfinale, toujours devant le m\u00eame Simpson.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La 3\u00e8me marche du podium de cette Superfinale est occup\u00e9e par Jago Geerts. Meilleur pilote 250cc de cette derni\u00e8re course de la journ\u00e9e, Geerts avait d\u00fb se contenter d&rsquo;une 4\u00e8me place au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 250cc apr\u00e8s avoir manqu\u00e9 de r\u00e9ussite dans les manches. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 Calvin Vlaanderen (2+1) qui partage les victoires avec un surprenant Kevin Horgno (1+2). Le pilote Yamaha a chut\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re manche avant de devoir abandonner sur probl\u00e8mes techniques dans la seconde. Il n&rsquo;a pas pris le d\u00e9part de la Superfinale.<\/p>\n<p>Notons par contre la belle 5\u00e8me place de Jeffrey Dewulf, tout juste remis de sa victoire aux 12 Heures de la Chinelle.<\/p>\n<p>On remarquera aussi que la piste du Keiheuvel remani\u00e9e \u00e0 fait l&rsquo;unanimiti\u00e9 et que l&rsquo;organisation a tenu toutes ses promesses vis-\u00e0-vis d&rsquo;un public qui r\u00e9pond toujours en masse \u00e0 l&rsquo;invitation du KMC Mol.
