Un rayonnement d\u00e9sormais mondial et le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mod\u00e8les en s’appuyant sur l’expertise et la force du groupe : voil\u00e0 en r\u00e9sum\u00e9 la promesse que fait KTM \u00e0 GasGas. Le constructeur autrichien vient en effet de constituer une joint venture avec Black Toro Capital afin de contr\u00f4ler ensemble la destin\u00e9e de la marque espagnole. Les Autrichiens entrent au capital de la nouvelle entit\u00e9 \u00e0 concurrence de 60%. Le reste \u00e9tant d\u00e9tenu exclusivement par Black Toro Capital.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cinq ans exactement apr\u00e8s avoir pris le contr\u00f4le de Husqvarna, KTM \u00e9largit donc encore son offre tout-terrain tout en renfor\u00e7ant sa pr\u00e9sence sur les march\u00e9s hispaniques. KTM met aussi de la sorte le pied dans le march\u00e9 du trial.<\/p>\n

Pour la marque GasGas, cette arriv\u00e9e de KTM dans le capital est en tout cas synonyme de stabilit\u00e9 et de p\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es une grave crise qui aurait pu mener \u00e0 la disparition pure et simple des machines espagnoles.<\/p>\n

La production des GasGas se poursuivra \u00e0 G\u00e9rone, en Catalogne, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des machines \u00e9lectriques Torrot, une marque elle aussi contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par Black Toro Capital.<\/p>\n
