Ce qui ne l&#8217;emp\u00eachera pas de rester \u00e9galement actif en tant que pilote sur certaines \u00e9preuves.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le mois pass\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai pris la d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9duire mon programme sportif d\u00e8s 2020\u00a0\u00bb, explique Truyts. \u00ab\u00a0Je disputerai encore quelques courses en Hollande ou des \u00e9preuves particuli\u00e8res comme l&rsquo;Erzberg Rodeo mais cela deviendra occasionnel car je me concentrerai avant tout sur mes activit\u00e9s de coaching, notamment aupr\u00e8s des pilotes du team CreyMert Racing.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Chaque sportif est diff\u00e9rent. Il faut en tenir compte.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour moi, c&rsquo;est un nouveau challenge qui se pr\u00e9sente\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit-il, \u00ab\u00a0une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans ma vie de sportif. D\u00e8s le mois de d\u00e9cembre, je d\u00e9buterai mon activit\u00e9 sous le nom de INNOVA. J&rsquo;accompagnerai les pilotes tant professionnels qu&rsquo;amateurs. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;offrir un coaching ultra-personnalis\u00e9 car chaque sportif est diff\u00e9rent. Il est important d&rsquo;en tenir compte et de trouver un bon \u00e9quilibre entre suivi r\u00e9gulier, variation et plaisir.
