Motocross – Fat Cat | Kevin Strijbos gagne les 3 manches en Angleterre
Tandis que Joël Roelants s’imposait dans le championnat de Hollande à Halle, un autre pilote belge faisait de même en Angleterre, dont le championnat national de motocross débutait ce dimanche à Fat Cat. Kevin Strijbos, qui disputera l’intégralité du championnat britannique, s’est en effet montré intouchable et a imposé sa KTM dans les 3 manches MX1. Il remporte le classement général devant Gert Krestinov et Mattis Karro, Shaun Simpson échouant au pied du podium.
En MX2, Zach Obsorne a profité d’un abandon d’Arnaud Tonus (1+DNF+1) en seconde manche pour s’imposer devant Mel Pocock et Graeme Irwin.
